1. You can to register for free online as a Host Family. AuPair.com will send you a confirmation link, in order to activate your profile
2. Once your profile is activated, you can start looking at profiles from Au Pairs and add them to your ‘Favorites’
3. The Au Pairs will receive a notification, so they will know that they were added to your hotlist
4. In order to write personal messages with the Au Pair, you need to pay for a Premium Membership
5. If you are Premium member, you can start getting intouch with them by sending them individual messages and get to know the Au Pair
6. After exchanging e-mails, you can set up a date for a telephone/ skype interview
7. Prepare for the telephone interview in advance. Think about what you want to ask your Au Pair and if necessary, note down the topics you want to discuss with her / him
8. If you and the Au Pair like each other, you can sign the Au Pair contract
9.  Perpare  everything for your Au Pairs arrival ( visa application, the booking of the flight etc.)
10. After your Au pair arrived in your host country,   give your Au Pair time to settle in and make her feel familiar with everything.
